Backorders - What do I do when an item I want is out of stock?

If there is an item you like to put on backorder, please leave us a message in the comment section (on the order placement screen) or reach out to us at customerservice@szepelet.com | 317-222-3511. Any item backordered will need to be prepaid.

This will include free shipping when the products arrive.

A backorder allows you to purchase an item that is currently out of stock but will be available soon. When you place a backorder, you pay for the item now and we'll ship it to you as soon as it becomes available. This ensures your item is reserved and you won't miss out when it's back in stock.

How do I add a new card to my account?

Adding a new card is simple. Just go to the "My Account" page and click on "Add a new card" in the payment section or by going to credit cards in the settings options. You can get to my account by clicking the welcome [your name] button in the top menu and going to "account overview".

You can also manage all of your payment methods from this menu.

How can I return a product?

If you would like to return an item, please contact us directly at customerservice@szepelet.com | 317-222-3511. For any product issue not a result of manufacturing defect return shipping fees may apply.

You may able send us a message directly from your MyAccount > Support option.

How do I get to MyAccount?

You may access My Account by clicking on the "welcome [your name]" link and selection "Account Overview".

What is a sell-by date?

The "Sell-By" date listed on the product is the date by which the product should be sold; this is not an expiration date. Maintain all products at room temperature or cooler, away from exposure to the sun and heat. Expiration of products varies by container and how it is stored; Airless have an average of 12 months past the sell-by date, Jars have an average of 6 months past the sell-by date.
