Shipping, Returns & Refunds


Shipping methods are chosen based upon numerous factors including cost, expediency, and regional availability. If you have a specific shipping requirement, please contact us at customerservice@szepelet.com

Insurance

Additional Insurance for Packages or “Insurance”. Shipping Insurance is an optional service offered by Szép Élet for a fee to cover the cost of goods shipped due to loss or damage from external causes. The fee for the service provided is non-refundable. Cost: $9.50 on orders up to $200. 5% on orders $201 plus. Insurance provides for the safety and security of the order during transit only, and once the package is in the hands of the recipient all responsibility on part of Szép Élet in regard to the well-being of the shipped order is relinquished. Any claim concerning the package insurance must be submitted within 10 days of the delivery date as reported by the carrier. Claims made after this time will be outside the purview of Szép Élet’s responsibility pertaining to insurance promises. Any issues arising from the non-shipping related concerns shall be addressed as per the terms of this agreement as set forth in “Client Acceptance of Delivered Order” and “Returns”.

In the event of a replacement or reimbursement, that replacement or reimbursement shall constitute the full responsibility on the part of Szép Élet for the requirements of the insurance. Should that replacement be lost due to shipping mishap or theft, Szép Élet shall have no further responsibility to provide any additional remedy, and any further actions would at the sole discretion of Szép Élet.

***Post-shipment changes to delivery addresses may constitute extended transit times, if redirection is available. For control over shipments once in transit, client must download the "FedEx Delivery Manger" App on PC or "FedEx Mobile" App PC Download Link -- ( https://www.fedex.com/en-us/delivery-manager.html ) 


How to Contact Us For Product Return Authorization

Product returns must be authorized to be eligible for refunds or exchanges. All returns and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis and resolutions are at the sole discretion of Szep Elet LLC / ilike, as per your agreement.

If you are a retail customer who purchased an ilike product from a website or physical location that is not ilike-naturalskincare.com, please contact the spa or website from which you purchased the product. Each spa and webstore has their own return policy. Only products purchased through ilike-naturalskincare.com are eligable for refund/replacment.

Product to be returned must be received within 14 days of return authorization to the following address:

Email tracking number to customerservice@szepelet.com. Any products returned after 14 days of authorization date will not be credited to your account. 

Replacement Products

We do not send replacements until the original items have been received back in our facility. If, due to special circumstances, a replacement product is needed prior to our receiving the returned product - At our sole discretion, we may choose to send out the replacement products. Please note: Shipments of Replacement products to you prior to receipt of Returns will be charged to your card. A credit will subsequently be added to your account upon Szep Elet’s receipt of Returned items. 

Keeping Return-Authorized Products

If you have been authorized to return products and decide instead to keep some or all of them, you may do so. Any replacement products shipped to you will be charged in full prior to departure from our warehouse. Additionally, you will not be eligible for a credit on any kept items.

Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 15 days of the order shipping date.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

After 15 days, any returns or refunds will be accepted at our sole discretion.

If you need to request a refund for any other reason, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
